Accessibility statement

MMFintech Ltd. is committed to providing services that people can use regardless of ability, and to meeting our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation made under it.

Standard we work to

This website is designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA. Where a requirement of that standard is not yet met, it is recorded and scheduled for correction.

What we have done

  • Semantic page structure with landmarks and a logical heading order, so the content can be navigated by screen reader.
  • A skip link to the main content, and a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Full keyboard operation. No function requires a mouse or a pointing device.
  • Text and interface colours tested for contrast against the applicable Level AA thresholds.
  • Layout that reflows to narrow screens and remains usable when text is enlarged.
  • Form fields with programmatically associated labels, and instructions given in text rather than by colour or position alone.
  • Motion limited, and suppressed entirely for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
  • No content that flashes, auto-plays or moves without the visitor's action.

Known limitations

Some content is provided by third parties, including any documents or forms hosted on provider infrastructure. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of material we do not control, but we will help you obtain the information in an alternative format.

Accessible formats and communication support

If you need information from this website, or any document we have published, in another format, tell us what you need and we will provide it in a timely manner and at no additional cost. We will consult you on the format that suits you.

Assessment and review

Accessibility is assessed by a combination of automated testing and manual checks, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader review. This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever the site changes materially.
